Recalling the provisions of art. 73 and 103 of the United Nations Charter and UNO Declaration 2007 on Indigenous Peoples’ Rights with reference to preamble and art. 4 and 37.
Considering, the work of the MLNS/GSP as already shown,
Considering, Ratifications and Execution Orders issued by the Provisional Sardinian Government
Considering, the “Friendship and Cooperation Agreements” concluded between the
MLNS/GSP and other third States.
Bearing in mind the multitude of international Treaties, Agreements etc., which have succeeded in the history of the Sardinia Nation.
Considering the 1996 and 2001 States Responsibility Articles Project
Considered, the International Illegal protracted over time, still being carried out by National and International Institutions, against the Sardinian National Liberation Movement/Guvernu Sardu Provvisoriu and the entire Sardinian People.
